The Robin's Nest Cafe

Sidney Shannon Jr. founded Shannon Airport in 1950. Shannon was an entrepreneur and aviation enthusiast. Among his collection of rare aircraft was a 1927 Curtiss Robin. His hangar for the aircraft was nicknamed "The Robin's Nest." That very hangar is now the home of the Robin's Nest Cafe!
